Terms & Conditions Relating to Client Proposals
These Terms & Conditions only apply if you have received a quote/proposal from 1upSearch
In the context of this document the terms "the client" refer to the company stated on the clients proposal. If you have any questions on these terms please call 0845 094 10 19 or e-mail terms@1upsearch.com
• An invoice for the the initial payment of your agreement will be generated upon launch of your campaign. Further invoices will be generated 30 days after the launch and then thereafter subsequent months.
• If you’ve ordered a one off service from 1upSearch, such as Training you will be invoiced after the training as been delivered.
• If you’ve ordered a 1upSearch Google AdWords Starter Kit, payment will be required before work commences. This can be paid using Card online or over the phone.
• You, the client, are responsible for all payments to Google, Yahoo or any other Pay Per Click provider you have Accounts with.
• 1upSearch shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from, or in any way connected with the clients use of our reports, products, training, consultation meetings or any information contained or derived from them. This includes, without limitation, any damage for loss of profits, loss of information, or any other monetary loss.
• 1upSearch will always act in the best interests of the client.
• The client agrees to share all information regarding work carried out by 1upSearch to assist in a case study for promotional purposes.
• 1upSearch can not be liable for poor performance if the client does not carry out all of the recommendations and advice given to the client by 1upSearch, either written or verbal.
• Any case studies, examples, illustrations given by 1upSearch in any document or webpage cannot guarantee that you will achieve similar results. In fact, your results may vary significantly and factors such as your market, website and many other circumstances may cause results to differ.
Privacy Policy
We take our visitors & clients privacy very seriously
• We do not share, rent, sell or trade any personal information with any outside marketing organisation.
• We do not rent our mailing list, either paper or electronic, nor do we allow others access to it for any reason. Any information given to 1upSearch is used only for the specific purposes for which you supply it to us.
• We do send out a quarterly email newsletter, which is strictly opt-in. If you are receiving it, and wish to be removed, send a mail to remove@1upsearch.com and you will be removed from that mailing list; if that doesn’t work for any reason, write to human@1upsearch.com and a team member will remove you manually.
• We do place cookies in your browser. The functions of these cookies are to keep track of your shopping cart and to analyse the path that users take through our site, so that we can constantly improve our site navigation system.
• No personal information is placed in it. • You do not have to accept these cookies to use our site.
• You will not receive any third party cookies from our site.
• We log the IP address of access to our web site. This information is used for general performance monitoring and analysis, and is not associated with any personally identifiable information.
• This privacy policy applies to all information collected by 1upSearch, whether via the Internet or otherwise.
